Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Dancing Darth Vader

This sensational cocktail is a spin on a New Orleans sazerac and offers a tasty and colorful blend of rye, brandy and bitters. This cocktail is one of the singature cocktails served at  Snowy River Belltown.

Ingredients:

• 0.5oz = Rye
• 0. 5oz = Brandy
• 0.25oz = Gomme Syrup
• 0.5oz Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Celery Bitter
• 2 dash Peychaud Bitters
• Snowy River black cocktail glitter

Cocktail Recipe:

• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add all ingredients to shaker, stir and then strain into a pre pernod rinsed Martini glass. Add black glitter and stir in.
•  Add cherry garnish to finish.
