Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: When Doves Cry Cocktail

A light refreshing cocktail that you wont be able to put down. An awesome blend of white rum, triple sec and Creme De Cassis and finished with a tasty sugar rim. This cocktail is simple to make and will have your friends begging for more. 

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz = White Rum
• 1.0oz = triple Sec
• 0.5oz = Creme de Cassis
• 1.0oz = Lemon Juice
• Snowy River Purple Cocktail Glitter
• Snowy River Mardi Gras Cocktail Sugar Rimmer

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River Mardi Gras cocktail sugar rimmer using simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add all ingredients to shaker, stir and then strain into a Martini glass.
