Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Unity
For lovers of rye and cognac, this cocktail is spirit forward and is an elegant pre-dinner drink. Designed by Justin Cottrell, one of the Snowy River Belltown lead bartending team, this cocktail is a sure hit for the sophisticated cocktail drinker.
Ingredients:
- 0.75oz Rye
- 0.75oz Cognac
- 0.5oz Benedictine
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dash Angustura bitters
- 2 dash Peychard's bitters
- Snowy River Black Cocktail Glitter
Cocktail Recipe:
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add rye, cognac, syrup, benedictine, simple, bitters and black cocktail glitter to shaker, stir and then strain into a small coupe glass.
- Then sink a layer coffee liqueur into cocktail.
