Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: The Snowy River
Our signature cocktail, designed by our mixology team and served at our showcase Cocktail bar in Belltown (Seattle). A sweet full bodies cocktail which is always a major hit in our bar and as well as for our Seattle mobile bartending services.
Ingredients:
- 2.5oz Vodka
- 0.8oz Baileys
- 1oz Blue Curacao
- Snowy River Royal Blue Rimmer
- Snowy River Royal Blue Simple Syrup
Cocktail Recipe:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River royal blue sugar rimmer using simple syrup or egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add vodka and blue curacao to shaker, stir and then pour into a martini glass.
- Layer the Baileys using a spoon edged to the glass.
- Layer the simple syrup using the same layering technique.
