Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: The Snowy River

Our signature cocktail, designed by our mixology team and served at our showcase  Cocktail bar in Belltown (Seattle). A sweet full bodies cocktail which is always a major hit in our bar and as well as for our Seattle mobile bartending services. 

Ingredients:

• 2.5oz Vodka
• 0.8oz Baileys
• 1oz Blue Curacao
• Snowy River Royal Blue Rimmer
• Snowy River Royal Blue Simple Syrup

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River royal blue sugar rimmer using simple syrup or egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add vodka and blue curacao to shaker, stir and then pour into a martini glass.
• Layer the Baileys using a spoon edged to the glass.
• Layer the simple syrup using the same layering technique.
