Snowy River Cocktail Decorating Recipes: Scarlet Gimlet

The Snowy River Scarlet Gimlet is served in our showcase Cocktail bar in Belltown (Seattle) and is popular with our guests. The addition of our people cocktail glitter makes this a traditional gimlet really come alive with amazing sparkle. The scarlet gimlet also makes a great cocktail to go.

Ingredients:

• 3oz Gin.
• 1/2oz Lime
• 1/2oz Simple Syrup
• Snowy River Purple Cocktail Glitter
• Snowy River Pink Rimmer

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim half the glass with Snowy River pink sugar rimmer using simple syrup or egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add gin, syrup and lime to shaker, stir and then pour into a martini glass.
• Finish with addition of Snowy River purple cocktail glitter with a gentle high-stir.
