Snowy River's Pinata Party - a Tequila Lovers Cocktail.
For lovers of Tequila, the Snowy River Pinata Party adds something really special with Grand Marnier and Dry Vermouth. The Pinata Party is a must for that hot summer's day or that special event where loads of color and flavor are a must.
Ingredients:
- Dry Vermouth 1oz
- Grand Marnier 1oz
- Pineapple Juice 1oz
- Anejo Tequila 1/2oz
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Snowy River Party Time Cocktail Sugar.
How To:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River party time cocktail sugar using lime wedge as the rimming agent (for a thicker rim use simple syrup).
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add the Dry Vermouth Grand Marnier and juice to the cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into martini glass.
- Add two dashes of bitters.
