Snowy River Cocktail Decorating Recipes: Irish Frog Shot

The Snowy River Irish Frog is a sweet fun cocktail shot for Halloween parties or for those special Irish events. The mix of Baileys and Midori create a sweet creamy melon flavor finished with a touch of red syrup and cocktail sugar. We trust you enjoy this cocktail made by head mixologist Stuart Cutler.

Ingredients:

• 1oz Midori.
• 0.25oz Baileys.
• Snowy River red layering syrup.
• Snowy River Red Cocktail Sugar.

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim half the glass with Snowy River red cocktail sugar using egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Add Midori to shot glass
• Add Baileys as a top layer.
• Add 2-3 drops of Red Syrup onto Baileys layer to form the effect
