Snowy River Cocktail Recipes.

For those cold winter nights we give you this yummy chocolate cocoa rum treat. 

Cocktail Ingredients:

  • Hot Water or Milk | 8 oz.
  • Chocolate Powder or Syrup | 1 serving.
  • Coconut Rum | 1 ½ oz.
  • Marshmallows or Whipped Cream.
  • Simple Syrup.
  • Coffee Mug.
  • Snowy River Fine Chocolate Diamond Sugar.

Cocktail Recipe Directions:

  • Pre rim the coffee cup with Snowy River Chocolate Diamond rimming sugar using simple syrup or egg white as the rimming agent.
  • Heat water or milk to near boiling point.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until well blended.
  • Add in Rum and stir again to mix.
  • Pour into mug and garnish with your choice of marshmallows or whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle Snowy River Chocolate Diamond sugar onto the top of the drink.
