Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Coffee Cake
Super yummy coffee cake colored and flavored cocktail that will be sure to impress. Designed by our Belltown bartending team, this cocktail is another after dinner favorite.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Vodka
- 0.75oz Frangelico
- 0.25oz Gomme Syrup
- 0.25oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Coffee Liqueur
- Snowy River Gold Cocktail Glitter
- Snowy River Chocolate Diamond Rimmer
Cocktail Recipe:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River chcolate rimmer blend using simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add vodka, Frangelico, syrup, lemon and gold cocktail glitter to shaker, shake and then strain into a Martini glass.
- Then sink a layer coffee liqueur into cocktail.
