Snowy River Cocktail Decorating Recipes

Who can resist this chocolate-coffee sensation finished with Snowy River cocktail rimming sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5oz Grind Espresso.
  • 0.5oz di Amore Amaretto.
  • 2oz plantation rum.
  • 0.5oz Godiva chocolate liqueur.
  • 4 drops Xocolatl Mole bitters.
  • 1oz  Cream of Coconut.
  • 0.5oz homemade simple syrup.
  • Rim: Snowy River Chocolate Diamond cocktail sugar.

How To:

  • Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River chocolate cocktail sugar using simple syrup or egg white.
  • Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker with ice. 
  • Shake vigorously and strain into cocktail glass. 
  • Garnish with optional chocolate on top.
