Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Cenope Cocktail
Named after the magical sinkholes and underground waters often found in Mexico, the Cenote cocktail is a fresh bodied Tequila cocktail with chile undertones that looks simply awesome. Designed by Will Anderson at Snowy River Belltown, this cocktail is another summer time favorite.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Tequila
- 0.75oz Green Chartreuse
- 0.5oz Green Ancho Reyes
- Snowy River Turquoise Glitter
Cocktail Recipe:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River custom salt blend using simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add tequila, green chartreuse, green ancho and turquoise cocktail glitter to shaker, shake and then pour into a Martini glass.
- Garnish with a fresh green olive if desired.
