Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Carimbo
Like the Brazilian dance from which its name is derived, the Carimbo is a spin on a traditional Caipirinha and offers lots of cachaca with vibrant red color. Designed by the mixology team at Snowy River Belltown.
Ingredients:
- 3.0oz = Cachaca (Brazilian Rum)
- 0. 5oz = Lime Juice
- Brown Sugar Cube
- Lime wheel garnish
- Snowy River red cocktail glitter
- Snowy River red cocktail sugar
Cocktail Recipe:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River red cocktail sugar rimmer using simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add all ingredients to shaker, shake and then strain into a Whisky glass with one large ice cube
- Lime wheel garnish to finish.
