Ingredients:

• 1oz Butterscotch Schnapps.
• 0.25oz Baileys.
• Grenadine.
• Snowy River Red Cocktail Sugar.

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim half the glass with Snowy River red cocktail sugar using egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Add Butterscotch Schnapps to shot glass
• Add Baileys as a top layer.
• Add 2-3 drops of Grenadine onto Baileys layer to form the effect
