Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: The Shrubbery

A fun, colorful cocktail designed by Stuart Cutler at Snowy River Belltown.

Ingredients:

• 2oz Vodka
• 1oz Aperol
• 0.5oz Gomme Syrup
• 0.5oz Lemon Juice
• Snowy RiverGreen Cocktail Glitter
• Snowy River Red-Green Rimmer

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River red and green mixed cocktail sugar rimmer using simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add aperol, lemon and gomme syrup, to shaker, shake and then strain into a Martini glass. Then separately mix the vodka and cocktail glitter, chill, then add as top layer to the cocktail.
