This Snowy Mojito is sure to please on those hot summer days. Fresh, sweet tasting cocktail which is simple to make at home or in any bar.

Ingredients:

• White Rum 2oz.
• Lychee liquor (preferably Soho) 1oz.
• Pama Pomegranate liquor 1oz.
• Mint.
• Lime wedges.
• Soda water.
• Snowy River Red Cocktail Glitter.

How To:

• Muddle 3 lime wedges in a tall collins glass.
• Slap the mint and gently muddle into the lime.
• Add ice, Rum and Liquors.
• Stir and top off with soda water.
• Stir in a smidgen of Snowy River red cocktail glitter to add more sparkle and color. Serve while glitter moving in glass for best effect.
• Extra Decorating Tip: Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River red cocktail sugar using simple syrup or egg white as the binding agent.
