Snowy River Cocktail Decorating Recipes: Snowy Gimlet

The Gimlet is another classic cocktail that is perfect for decorating. Dating back hundreds of years to the British Navy to fight scurvy, this gin based cocktail is a fun summer cocktail and works great as an aperitif.

Ingredients:

• Your favorite Gin 3oz.
• Lime Juice 1.0oz.
• Bar Ice Cubes.
• Snowy River Yellow Cocktail Sugar.

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River yellow cocktail sugar using lemon/lime or egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill glass with ice to chill.
• Add Gin and Lime Juice to shaker with ice.
• Shake and strain into a martini glass or serve on the rocks.
