Snowy River Cocktail Decorating Recipes:

A favorite in US bars - the Cosmo, dressed up Snowy River style with some variations on the traditional theme to add a slightly more raspberry flavor. Lots of color and flavor for any special event or as the perfect pre-dinner starter.

Ingredients:

• Vodka 1.5oz.
• Fresh squeezed lime 1oz.
• Chambord 0.5oz.
• Cranberry Juice 2oz.
• Snowy River Pearl or Red Cocktail Sugar.

How To:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River pearl cocktail sugar using simple syrup or egg white as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add Vodka, Lime Juice and Chambord to the shaker.
• Shake and strain into martini glass
• Extra Decorating Tip: Stir in a smidgen of Snowy River fuchsia cocktail glitter to add more sparkle and color.
