For lovers of Rye Whiskey, the Snowy River Fox in Flannel is a uniquely developed cocktail that you will simply love. The Fox in Flannel Cocktail is a must for that relaxing evening with friends or for the most discerning restaurants.

Ingredients:

• Rye Whiskey 2oz.
• Ancho Reyes 1/2oz.
• Amaro Nonino 1/4oz.
• Cinnamon coated sugar cube.
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters.
• Snowy River Pumpkin Pie Cocktail Sugar.

How To:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River pumpkin pie cocktail sugar using simple syrup as the rimming agent (for a thicker rim use egg white).
• Dash bitters over sugar cube in mixing glass. Muddle util dissolved.
• Add the Rye, Ancho Reyes, and Amaro to glass.
• Stir and strain into a martini or coupe glass.
• Garnish with orange twist.
