Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Emerald City Grind

A creamy cofffe, chocolate and coconut liqueur cocktail perfect for those relaxing summer nights. Designed by the mixology team at Snowy River Belltown.

Ingredients:

• 2.0oz = Vodka
• 0.5oz = Coffee liqueur
• 0.5oz = Chocolate Mint
• 0.5oz = Coconut
• 1.0oz = Half-Half
• Snowy River Chocolate Diamond Rimmer

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River chocolate diamond cocktail sugar rimmer using simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add all ingredients to shaker, shake and then strain into a Martini glass or serve in collins glass with ice.
