Snowy River Cocktail Decorating Recipes: Choc Cherry Martini

The Snowy River Chocolate Cheery Martini is served in our showcase cocktail bar in Belltown (Seattle) and is popular with our guests. The addition of our natural flavors and fuchsia glitter make this a fun cocktail with lots of flavor and sparkle. We trust you enjoy this cocktail made by our owner Stuart Cutler.

Ingredients:

• 3oz Vodka.
• 1oz Vermouth
• Snowy River Chocolate Cherry Flavor
• Snowy River Fuchsia Glitter
• Snowy River Chocolate Rimmer

Cocktail Recipe:

• Pre-rim half the glass with Snowy River chocolate rimmer using simple syrup or egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
• Add vodka, vermouth and flavoring to shaker, stir and then pour into a martini glass.
• Finish with addition of Snowy River fuchsia cocktail glitter with a gentle high-stir.
