Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Bitter Barbie
Stunning pink gin-aperol cocktail with lemon-orange tints makes this a fun summer cocktail party hit. Designed by our bartending team, this cocktail definitely turns heads!
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Gin
- 1.0oz Aperol
- Dash grapefruit bitters
- 0.5oz Gomme Syrup
- Lemon and orange
- Snowy River Pink Cocktail Glitter
- Snowy River Pink Cocktail Salt Rimmer
Cocktail Recipe:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River pink cocktail salt using simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Take lemon and wipe around the interior of the glass (lemon wash)
- Add gin, aperol, bitters, syrup, lemon and pink cocktail glitter to shaker, shake and then strain into the lemon washed Martini glass.
- Twist a piece of orange peel to add few drops of orange juice and then place in cocktail as a final garnish.
