Snowy River Cocktail Recipes: Aussie Beach
The Snowy River Aussie Beach is a light, refreshing cocktail that is great for those warmer months. The salted rim adds depth and flavor to this rum and vodka forward cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Black Malibu Rum
- 2.0oz Ciroc Peach Vodka
- 2.0oz Peach Juice
- Snowy River Turquoise Syrup
- Snowy River Pride Salt rimmer
Cocktail Recipe:
- Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River pride salt using the turquoise simple syrup (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
- Fill shaker with ice to chill.
- Add rum, vodka, and peach juice to shaker, shake and then pour over rocks in collins glass.
- Layer .5oz turquoise syrup to the cocktail and add two peach 8ths for additional garnish if desired.
